Pay Committee

Purpose of the Pay Committee

To review the outcomes and impact of the Pay Policy on an annual basis and submit it to the Governing Body for approval.

Membership of the committee shall be drawn from the Resources Committee without staff members.

Head Teacher Appraisal Committee

Purpose of the Headteacher Pay Committee

To undertake the headteacher’s annual appraisal/review and ensure the school’s teacher appraisal/review procedures are properly and appropriately conducted.

As agreed at the Governor’s Annual General Meeting, The Chair of Governors  will appoint governors to sit on the following committees should the need arise for these committees to meet:

• Staff Dismissal
• Dismissal Appeal Committee
• Pupil Discipline Committee
• Grievances and Complaints Committee
